FRAMEWORK is an Italian association aimed at offering lifelong learning and professional development opportunities to all citizens, women in particular, in need for XXI century skills to compete on the actual labour market. The mission of the association is providing support, tools and new opportunities for fostering competences needed in the actual society. The principle that guide each action we implement are inclusion, sustainability and personal development of different target groups. The association’s staff possess skills encompassing sustainability, entrepreneurship, coaching, skills assessment and empowerment. They will offer their expertise in sustainability, and quality control, acquired by the expert staff that founded the association.
We have been invited in the project for our capacity to for project design and a recognised ability to support partners in offering quality results and reach the project’s full impact. The project and its results will be a great chance for us to update our knowledge on circular economy, learning how it applies to the fashion industry. In addition, we are eager to learn now ways to support disadvantaged women and favour their social and work insertion, using this sector as reference.
Valeria Elia
Valeria graduated in Economics, with a focusing in international cooperation and quality management. She has been working as a quality assurance consultant for training companies since 2002 and she lately specialized in suitability in education and quality assurance in project management. She is a project designer, project manager with a wide net of contacts at EU level and behind. In the past 20 years she has written, directed and participated in a variety of transnational projects over several EU based programs. In 2020, she founded FRAMEWORK to share this expertise with her peers, and reach new targets and involve different stakeholders.
